The Voice of Truth

In a world filled with many alternative truths (lies) and divergent voices, it is more important than ever that we listen and seek after the voice of ETERNAL TRUTH, and that is the voice of Jesus Christ who said “Everyone who belongs to the truth, listens to my voice.” – Rev. Dr. Ron Hankins sermon, November 24, 2024.

Sacrificial Giving

An impoverished widow gives what amounts to a fraction of a penny, sacrificing much out of what little she had, while others gave out of their material wealth and abundance – at very little cost and minimal sacrifice. Are we giving sacrificially in regards to our time, talents and tithes? – Rev. Dr. Ron Hankins sermon from November 17, 2024.

Keeping a Clear Mind

The U.S. presidential election of 2024, coupled with all of the many challenging events happening around the globe fall perfectly in line with the prophecies of Jesus Christ regarding the end of days prior to His second advent. Unity of Mind and Purpose

Unity and harmony are not final destinations along our Christian journey, but they are in fact – “The Journey”. A Better Version of You

In order for us to continually grow into a better version of ourselves, we must learn to trust God as we endure the test and trials of our lives. The better version of ourselves isn’t only revealed at the subsequent end of our struggles, but it is also revealed throughout the struggle itself. – Rev. Dr. Ron Hankins sermon from October 6, 2024.

Avoiding Kingdom Obstacles

Matthew 6:33 reminds us to seek the Kingdom of God above all else and live righteously. Satan’s seduction involves creating distractions and stumbling blocks that keep God’s children from seeking after the Lord and potentially not entering God’s Kingdom. Jesus warns us that we must never become an obstacle for others in their Christian faith, nor should we ever allow any earthly obstacle – physical, mental or spiritual to keep us from serving God and entering the Kingdom of Heaven…

A Servant’s Heart

While Jesus’ disciples debated over who will be the greatest, they misunderstood an important lesson that true greatness is about serving God and serving God’s people. As Christian believers, we all should understand the importance of placing others before ourselves. – Rev. Dr. Ron Hankins sermon from September 22, 2024.

Words Matter

Proverbs 18:21 reminds us that the tongue can bring about death or life – for ourselves, as well as for others. As Christian believers, we must always be mindful of both our spoken, as well as our unspoken words. Sometimes, unspoken words can speak louder the words spoken. – Rev. Dr. Ron Hankins sermon from September 15, 2024.

There’s Plenty More Where That Came From

The Lord’s blessings are so abundant, that even those who are in the vicinity of the Lord’s table, can be blessed by its abundance if they can wait upon the Lord, without lowering their expectations of what the Lord can and will do. – Rev. Dr. Ron Hankins sermon from September 8, 2024.
