Join us for a light dinner of soup and bread, followed by a presentation from Rev. Laura Ingersol about the Living Legacy Project.
“The Living Legacy Pilgrimage is a journey to meet the people, hear the stories, and visit sites that changed the world in the Civil Rights Movement.“
From Rev. Ingersol: “These are the words you read when you log on to the Living Legacy Project website (livinglegacypilgrimage.org). I am Rev. Laura Ingersol, and I had the honor of preaching at Govans, and sharing about the pilgrimage in February. The Pilgrimage is meant to be an experience that opens our eyes and our hearts to a time not long past, and then to apply what is learned to the events in our society today. I will share more about the Pilgrimage and invite you to consider traveling with me in an experience I can guarantee you’ll never forget!”
