Reverend Billy Kluttz

Rev. Billy Kluttz, MPA, Mdiv, focuses on member and community engagement, worship leadership, and youth and young families programming at Govans.

Prior to Govans, Billy served churches in Washington, DC and Northern Virginia. As a student at Wesley Theological Seminary, Billy received the Interpretation Award for Excellence in Biblical Studies and the Bishop’s Award Scholarship. Billy is currently pursuing his Doctor of Ministry degree at Wesley with a focus on leadership.

In his free time, he enjoys hiking, downhill skiing, and country music. He is passionate about French-language ministry. In 2021, Billy earned the Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française (DALF) from the French Ministry of Education, certifying his proficiency in the French language.

Billy observes sabbath each week on Fridays. Please send him a text or give a call if you need to reach him urgently on a Friday.
