Please welcome Laila Ali to the church staff! Laila is the new Middle School Youth Leader. This is a part time position that will focus on the Middle School Sunday School Class, regular bi-monthly outings and relational ministry to the middle school youth of the church.  It is part time and besides Sunday morning and trips, Laila will do a lot of her work by phone and outside the church office. Laila is native to Baltimore and has recently returned home after living in Northern Virginia. She graduated high school from Bryn Mawr. She received a Bachelor of Arts in History from George Mason University. She has trained and worked as a Medical Assistant as well as working in a variety of social service agencies. Most recently she served as the Interim Church School Director at Church of the Resurrection, an Episcopal Church in Washington, D.C.  She is interested in continuing her work in professional Christian Education.
